“Crafting a private sanctuary in the heart of The Cotswolds.
A lovingly restored Victorian property converted from a wedding venue to a welcoming family home. We worked closely with the clients to create a timeless and elegant space where modern technologies are perfectly balanced with classic design details.

A sanctuary that feels as timeless as The Cotswold hills.
Our client sought to transform their Primary En-Suite into a serene spa-like retreat for their weekend residence in the Cotswolds. This full bathroom renovation needed to provide modern innovation whilst honouring the heritage of the property.
Independent lighting functionality was a must, to allow for practical task lighting along with softer, more atmospheric lighting solutions.
Storage was an absolute must, along with long term easy maintenance.

The Result Sub Heading
This project included a complete renovation of the Primary En-Suite. The colour palette was carefully curated to evoke a sense of calm and relaxation. We mixed textures and materials with a balance of large format tiles in a subtle Onyx effect, along with microcement and smaller feature tiles in neutral tones to add interest and contrast.
Bespoke cabinetry was designed in a deep, solid walnut to offer ample storage and link through from the clients’ existing dressing room. Its rich, warm tones and custom design offer both practicality and elegance. With ample storage and a seamless finish, the vanity unit enhances the room’s luxury and provides a personalized touch to the space.
The centrepiece of the bathroom is a sumptuous polished nickel bath. Its sleek and reflective surface adds a touch of modern sophistication while providing a luxurious bathing experience. Positioned to capture natural light, this bath invites long, indulgent soaks, turning an everyday routine into a rejuvenating ritual.
To complement the modern elements, vintage brushed brass fixtures were meticulously selected. These fixtures add warmth and character, creating a harmonious balance between old-world charm and contemporary design. From the elegant faucets to the ornate towel racks, each piece was chosen to contribute to the overall aesthetic while ensuring durability and functionality.
