Artis Bathrooms is based at Elkstone Studios, in the heart of the Cotswolds. We design, supply and install bespoke bathrooms for homes across the area, with one team looking after your project from first consultation to final finish.
Cotswold homes are rarely standard. Stone cottages, farmhouses, barn conversions and period houses each bring their own challenges: thick walls, uneven floors, sloping ceilings and features worth keeping.
We design around the building rather than against it. For a Victorian rectory in the Cotswolds, we paired bespoke solid walnut cabinetry with a freestanding polished nickel bath and layered lighting that washes the bespoke panelling and uplights the picture rails. It’s the same approach we bring to every home: respect the character of the property, then make the room work for the way you live.
If your home is listed or in a conservation area, check with your local council before any work that affects the building’s fabric. We can design a scheme that works with the period features you want to keep.
