2. Products and Specifications

• Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions of products on our website and in our brochures are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device’s display or manufacturing batches.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

• Measurements: It is your responsibility to ensure that any measurements or dimensions you provide to us are accurate and that the products ordered will fit into your intended space.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

• Placing an Order: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• Acceptance: A contract between us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email or invoice, at which point we are legally bound to supply the goods or services.

• Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failure to authorise payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout or itemised on your quote.

• Errors: If we discover a genuine error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

• Payment: Full payment is generally required before goods are dispatched unless specific deposit and milestone payment terms have been agreed upon for design and installation services. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery Dates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

• Receiving Goods: You or an authorised person must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. You must inspect the goods upon arrival and report any visible damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.

• Installation: If your contract includes installation, specific site requirements and schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement or quote. You must ensure the site is clear and accessible prior to our fitters’ arrival.

6. Cancellations and Returns

• Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK): If you are purchasing as a consumer online or over the phone, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

• Custom/Bespoke Goods: The right to cancel does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g., bespoke bathroom furniture or specially ordered tiles).

• Returns Process: To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

7. Faulty Goods and Warranties

• We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to this contract.

• Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The details of these warranties vary by brand and product. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us, and we will assist you in arranging a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights and the manufacturer’s terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill.

• We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• We are not liable for business losses. We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
